Work details
- Input data and checking export import document validation bc 23, 25, 27, 20, 30
- Submit the application of export and import to related institutions
- Verifies all payment transactions related to import tax, vat, etc
- Perform any import - export matters by interacting with inside / outside party concerned (customs, forwarder, DHL)
- Perform any logistics matters by interacting with inside / outside party concerned (Trucking, 3 PL, Warehouse)
- Perform inventory control related to distribution and warehouse
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships with other divisions involved (Sales, inside - sales, finance, etc)
- Monitoring the progress of shipment and delivery to customers
- Reporting the activity related to logistics, export-import, warehouse
- Continuous Kaizen improvement in logistics together with the team
- Other related tasks as assigned
-Logistics & Warehouse experience in trading company or Electrical company
