Finance Director / CFO Manager Mandarin Speaker (Electronics - Finance/Accounting) - India in future

<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement financial strategies
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities
- Provide recommendations based on financial performance
- Ensure that the company's financial activities are in compliance with local laws and regulations as well as internal compliance requirements
- Regularly report on the financial status of the Indian market to the head office
- Manage the company's cash flow to ensure efficient utilization and liquidity of funds
- Identify and manage financial risks such as the financial health of the company
- Lead and develop the finance team as a whole, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the finance strategy is aligned with the overall business operations of the company
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Accounting or related field
・Business Mandarin and English proficiency(able to speak technically with expatriates)
・Min. 8 years handling all Finance Accounting Tax aspect for Electronics industry, with experience in Managerial or higher Management level, with proven achievements
・In-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations and accounting standards
・Willing to train in China and work in India
・Excellent analytical skills, decision making skills, excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with HQ and local teams.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Master's degree or CPA designation
・Experience in a multinational company
・Overseas working experience
