Work details
- Manage staff recruitment and retirement processes
- Oversee attendance and payroll management
- Prepare OSS and WLKP reports
- Maintain a positive and productive office environment
- Purchase and dispose of office supplies and equipment as needed
- Handle and resolve legal issues as they arise
- Prepare legal documents in collaboration with the company lawyer
- Provide materials to outside accounting firms for report preparation
- Ensure timely and smooth payments to external parties
- Manage petty cash effectively
- Support business activities in Indonesia for other group companies and HQ Japan
- Conduct surveys and analyses of the Indonesian market and economic conditions, including industries, politics, and social events, and report findings to Japan HQ
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient in high conversational Japanese (JLPT N3) and business-level English
- At least 10 years of experience in HRGA roles, preferably in the latest position as Assistant Manager / Manager, versatile and capable of handling all office management matters independently
- Experience working in a Japanese company
