Work details
- Identify and evaluate potential locations to expand Restaurant’s presence in target markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop site selection criteria, negotiate lease agreements, and oversee restaurant construction and design.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, financial reports, and operational KPIs to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Represent at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Prepare and present business proposals, financial projections, and ROI analysis to senior management.
- Prior to opening new outlets, conduct and organize marketing programs.
・Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
・Fluent in English
・Proven track record of success in business development, franchise sales, or related fields, in the restaurant industry, preferably from Japanese restaurant.
・Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
・Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding targets.
・Experience working with franchisees and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
・Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, lease negotiations, and site selection criteria.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
・Willingness to travel as needed.
