<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor shipping arrangements, including vessel booking for cargo transportation.
- Handle communication with suppliers, carriers, and customs agents to facilitate smooth and timely shipments.
- Responsible for truck arrangements, optimizing routes, and managing logistics for land transportation.
- Track shipments, maintain inventory, and resolve any shipping-related issues or delays.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and services with vendors and carriers to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, reporting, and compliance purposes.
- Other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・2-3 years of experience in import/export operations, including vessel booking and logistics arrangements, from warehouse industry
・Strong knowledge of import/export, documentation, and customs procedures
・Able to join less than 1 month
・Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
