Work details
-Manage Division jobs and give motivation to all subordinates.
-Building good communication with all Section and with external parties such as village/district.
-Make budget, KPI, schedule, for planning purpose.
-Make weekly report to field General Manager.
-Provide solution to General Manager for specific issue such as production improvement, appropriate manpower management etc. - Provide work guidelines to control costs and improve efficiency of operations
-Other related tasks as assigned
- Familiar with agriculture
- University above (S1/D4), with minimum GPA 3.00
- About 5 years experience as above section manager (Plantation management/ People management)
- Excellent analytical skills and able to distill important points from complex details and develop appropriate plans
- Excellent effective communicator and motivator ability
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good skill to make the report
- Willing to be placed anywhere according to company needs
