Work details
- Manage the operations of multiple external warehouses to ensure efficient and effective storage and distribution of goods
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet operational targets
- Report on warehouse performance metrics and communicate regularly with customers to address any concerns or inquiries
- Consult with customers to understand their specific requirements and tailor warehouse solutions accordingly
- Provide regular reports to superiors on warehouse activities
- Implement safety and quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate operational risks
- Lead improvement activities to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Other related tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in SCM Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- High conversational English proficiency
- More than 5 years of proven working experience in 3PL logistics
- Knowledge of safety and quality control procedures in warehouse operations
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
