- Handling and preparing Visa documents for Japan expatriates
- Handling permits related to documents for Japan expatriates.
- Organizing company documents and data
- Communicating and coordinating with third parties
- Handling various regulations in General Affair Dept.
- Handling HR related duties such as Payroll, attendances, ect
- Create report to HQ for any HRGA related issue
・JLPT N3 High Convo
・2 Years working experience in Japanese company as HRGA handling working permit, payroll, and other HRGA related duties
・Willing to work in Cikarang
・Detail oriented, good task & time management, and responsible.
