Work details
- Oversee overall import activities and the PPJK process for compliance
- Plan and schedule import activities
- Assist client inquiries and troubleshoot any issues
- Monitor team KPIs to assess performance and drive improvement
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Review daily operations through reports from Supervisors
- Focus on managerial tasks, reporting, and strategic improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, preferably in Sea Transport or a related field
- Min. high conversational proficiency in English
- At least 10 years of experience handling Imports in the Freight Forwarding industry, with 3 years in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager role, overseeing more than 10 subordinates
- Strong management experience; firm and concise communication skills
