Work details
- Overall management of procurement operations, including consultant contracts, equipment and services, and other general affairs.
- Management of transaction performance registers, such as acceptance and registration of competitive qualifications.
- Management of procurement systems.
- Providing a range of consultative and support services for procurement work related to projects, experts, and other specialized areas.
- Undertaking specific administrative tasks related to procurement as directed by the office.
- Implementing and supporting general administrative work as ordered by the Office.
・Bachelor's degree from any major
・3 years working experience of related position
・Ability to understand JICA's procurement rules, the Indonesian procurement market, and to make sound judgments
・ Comprehensive administrative management skills to ensure both efficient and timely implementation of work and transparency and competitiveness of procurement
・ Ability to understand where the problem lies when it occurs and to propose and implement solutions promptly, while being prepared for any problems
・Effective communication skills, including proficiency in the language, to interact with colleagues and business partners
・ Experience in procurement and other operational roles within an organization
・Adaptable and willing to learn in the multi-cultural environment.
・Computer literacy in MS Word / Excel / Power Point
