- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth in the HoReCa sector.
- Build relationship especially with hotels and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to assess their needs and gather feedback.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and promotions with sales efforts.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet market demands.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Close sales and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Other tasks as assigned.
・Bachelor's degree from any major
・Business level of English, preferably able to speak Japanese
・At least 5 years working experience in F&B industry, preferably from Asian/Import food distributor companies and HoReCa sector and at least 2-3 years as manager
・Experience handling subordinates
・Have good connection with HoReCa sectors
・Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
・ SIM A holder and willing to do client visit around Jabodetabek area
