Product Manager - IT Consultant

- Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to define product specifications and roadmaps.
- Develop and verify product prototypes to ensure functionality, usability, and adherence to customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary improvements.
- Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch and suggest optimizations.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within the allocated budget.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business and customer priorities.
- Communicate product vision and strategy effectively across teams and stakeholders.

・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
・Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
・Proven experience in developing and verifying product prototypes.
・Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
・Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or other prototyping and project management software.
・Experience in software development, manufacturing, or a related industry is a plus.
