Ass. Manager R & D (Personal Care & Household field) in Surfactant Manufacturing

Responsibilities
- Follow up request from related division (Sales, purchasing, production)
- Lead activity / development of new product
- Control all activity done in his / her responsible field
- Making progress report for all activity done
- Communicate and/or presented all experiement result to related division
- Keep good environment for working

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Chemistry
- Experience min 5 year in Cosmetics, Personal Care, House-hold field
- Preferable age : 35 – 37 years old
- Fluent in English (both in writing and speaking)
- Have Good Challenge, High Motivation, High Good Communication skills, Able work under pressure and limit time, ready for working in anytime if needed (daytime, night time and emergency time)
- Have good organization experience

Desirable Experiences
- Have experiences in Japanese Manufacturing company

Desirable Character
- Strong personality, ready to be on call, good communication and interpersonal skills
