Responsibilities:
'- To to process checks in f guest in an efficient and friendly manner
- Assure that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged
- Issues correct keys to the guests
- Do the reservation duties, receive reservation for accomodation, by phone and walk in reservation, changes and cancellations booking based on rule and regulation.
- Receive booking for meeting room from clients, either in person, online, fax or e-mail
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accomodating special request whenever possible, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotekl services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements:
- Male max 30 years old
- Have a minimum of High School degree preferable from Hotel and Trourism education
- Have experience with minimum of 1 year as a guest service or front offcie/reception at Hotel or service Apartment
- Fresh graduated with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply
- Have a minimum of JLPT N3 with capaibility in reading and writing Japanese
- Have a minimum conversational speaking in English
- Possible to assist the guests in Japanese with the hospitality mind
- Familiar wit OPERA systems in an advantage
- Well groom
