Responsibilities
・Ordering Ingredients to supplier or central kitchen
・Managing staff and staff leader in the restaurant.
・Education to employee what is hospitality and service.
・Invoice management and pass on to accounting department.
・Negotiation with supplier related to ingredients cost.
・Business travel to Surabaya with Japanese director once or twice in 2 month.
・Researching of customer's / market food trend.
Requirement
・Working experience of service industry[Restaurant or Hotel Industry]
・Be able to speak conversation or business level English
・Be able to go to business trip.
・Hospitality skills
・Be able to manage staff and staff leader

・Has working experience in Japanese restaurant company
・Able to speak Japanese will be advantages
