Work details
Responsibilities :
1. Provide support in managing Career Path.
2. Provide support in succession planning for potential employee.
3. Control competency assessment process for all employee.
4. Propose Employee Development Program to Division Head based on talent mapping result.
5. Monitor and control employee development program process.
6. Control On Boarding process for PKWT, IDP, and Permanent employee.
7. Control training management process.
8. Support all division to monitoring PMS Process.
9. Conduct Review and give recommendation on PMS Cascading to employee.
10. Control the recapitulation of PMS result, submitted by all Div Head and give recommendation.
11. Provide support for performance appraisal committee meeting preparation.
12. Provide support in BOD meeting regarding PMS discussion, based on result from Committee Meeting.
13. Conduct and control the final recapitulation PMS base on BOD meeting result.
14. Provide data for developing eligibility list.
15. Provide support for promotion committee meeting preparation, and BOD meeting regarding promotion discussion, based on result from Committee Meeting.
16. Control employee engagement activities plan and execution such as consolidation meeting, company picnic, and etc.
Requirements :
1. Male with maximum age 35 Years old
2. Minimum graduated from Bachelor Degree in any dicipline from reputable university
3. Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and english proficient (written and oral).
4. Very good in administration skill
5. Have good MS Office skill sets.
Desirable Experience :
1. Having more then 4 years working experience in HR Development area as Supervisor and above
2. Provide support in organization structure review and update.
3. Conduct workload analysis review.
4. Conduct Man Power Planning calculation and analysis from WLA, competency assessment and performance results.
5. Review RASCI Matrix and Job Profile of all division.
6. Maintain and update Competency model (standard) and profiling.
7. Give recommendation to HC Policy and Procedure.
