[Responsibilities]
- Managing for employee's performance & Appraissal, training, development and objective setting
- Nurture a positive working environment, maintaining a harmony of Industrial relationship, managing employee grievance and handling employee disputes.

- Min. 10 years working experience handling complex industrial relation especially for manufacture company around 500 employee
- Required skill(s): Labor Law & Practice, Industrial Relation, Negotiation, Good communicator,
- In depth knowledge about Indonesian labor law and regulation
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
