Project Design Manager in Manufacture Company

Requirement

・Ability to manage as a manager in product design department. 

・Longer than 5 years, experience with large scale project. (will be checked by CV report and Interview) 

・Ability to speak business level English.

・Working experience in subcontract company. [ex) air, illumination, security and so on for building.]

・Currently, working in a company as an employee not freelance.

・Be able to work on Saturday as necessary.

・Knowledge of architectural design.

・Be able to go to Surabaya for business trip once in 2 to 3 month. 

・Negotiation skill with client.

・Logical thinking ability

Responsibilities
・Managing 4 leaders[3 in Jakarta and 1 in Surabaya] in Project Design. And 15 staffs as necessary.

・Going to client office or site with the employees in construction, sales for explaining design and scheduling.

・Follow up construction plan with subordinates.

・Adjustment between other director, manager and staff in company and client person in charge for meeting
