Production Operator - Injection Molding Manufacture

<Resposibilities>

• Responsible for setting machine injection, robot, hopper etc. until running masspro.

• Responsible for running production according to schedule and target set.

• Conducting problem solving and responsible for part/product 

• Conducting improvement / kaizen on molding production process.

• Conducting 5S activities on the injection molding process.



<Requirements>

• Male, 23 - 35 years old

• Minimum graduated from SMA / STM / equivalent experience at least 3 years and D3 experience 1 year.

• Majoring in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering

• Has knowledge on how to make settings or set and install Mold on injection machine (how to set the setting of injection machine).

• Understand and Can solve trouble shooting on injection process.

• Understand the problems that occur in plastic products.

• Understanding plastic materials.

• Able to read pictures / drawings.

• Able to conduct corective and preventive maintenance.

• Able to work with shift work system.
