Job Description:

・Guide customers visiting the housing exhibition hall.

・Explain the appeal of the residence and services to the visiting customer.

・Create an approach list with past lists and own connections.

・Approach the prospective clients by phone etc.

・Cooperate with Japanese boss to close.

Requirements:
・Ability to speak English minimum Business level.

・Fundamental knowledge of PC.
