Responsibilities
- General Affairs and Human Resource Function.
- Manage overall HR & Administration functions: Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report and visa & work permit.
- Assist HR Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational, recruitment & retention; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns, compensation & benefits and visa & work permit.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
- Working with managers, coaching them and advising on all employee issues.
Requirements
- Male / female around 35 years old
- Min Bachelor’s Degree from Psychology
- Min 5 years working experience as HR GA Supervisor / Asst. Manager in Japanese manufacturing company
- Good knowledge in recruitment process, training, counselling, industrial relation
- Willing to work in Karawang area.
