Work details
- Handling all the EXIM process in the company
- Preparing all the import document and direct communicate with the Forwarder for the smoothdelivery proocess
- Update about the new EXIM regulation in Indonesia
- Updating the company product catalog if asked by costum in Indonesia
- Checking the Product HS Code when the product arrive in Indonesia
- Collaborate with supervisor for product delivery from originated country
- Communicate with the Sales team
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistic Area, specially for export and import
- Have a good knowlegde on Air and Ocean import documentation skill
- Good skill in Computer literate Specially for MS. Office
- Capable in writing, reading, and speaking English
- Detailed oriented and have a good commucation skill
- Good Communcation skill
- Able to give instruction
- Effective interchange with vendor/forwarder
