Responsibility
1. Planning:
- Anticipating the bottleneck on the marketing perspectives
- Analyze how the brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights
- Recognize the SWOT analysis
- Preparing HIRA and planning to do handling significant risk
- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to translate brand strategies into brand plans to strategies
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies to align with the market situation movement
- Manage and analyze objective, target and program/OTP, environment & quality objective
- Able to manage the important work environment which relating to other people & department through relevant SOP (Company Standard Operation) & PK (Job direction)
3. Implementing:
- Ultimately, to increase profit and retain loyal customers
- Working with Marketing Dept. and ATS tos assist and support the racing event & race teams
- Working with Saales Department on the new market development from tne marketing perspective
- Working with Sales Dept. and ATS tos assist and support the racing event & race teams
- Communicating and deliver the positive message to direct and indirect customers
- Concerning on the interpersonal with customers and internal team to positive motivation
- Implementing 5S and Internal Self Audit of 5S
- Implementing ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001 in every job
- To apply system of Management Occupational Health & Safety (K3) that is specified by the company
- To perform handling hazardous material (B3) or waste of hazardouz (B3) & Nonhazardous (B3) related with working area
4. Monitoring
- Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Monitor and control of the yearly budget plan
- Evaluate demographics, prices distribution channels and marketing outlets
- Generate reports that analyze competition and customers
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
- Collect information from direct market, to recognize to the latest market situation
- Monitoring and educating occupational HSE (k3) to employee's safety
- Monitoring & evaluating of subordinates
5. Development of Human Capital
- Providing feedback on the result of performance of subordinates
- Providing motivation and development to increase productivity
- Providing training and development program to increase competency of subordinates
Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree from reputable university
- Have a minimum of 4 years of working experiences in related field, especially as an Assistant Manager who is specialized in Manufacturing or Automotive
- Provide the ultimate set up of the marketing direction in order to support sales dept. to achieve the target
- Provide strong effective communication to the external stakeholder (customers, media, third parties)
- Demonstrated strong management for financial budget of marketing department
- Demonstrated strong establishment and maintains high customer satisfaction levels especially as the major goal to bold the corporate identity
- Demonstrated strong establishment for performance spesifications, cost and price parameters, market applications
- Able to speak Japanese is an advantage
- fluent in English for both oral and written
