Responsibilities
1. Planning:
- Planning & implementing a specific sales target
- Preparing long range annual plans
- Creating short and long term sales & marketing budget
- Setting up yearly budget plan
- Preparing the sales forecast
- Preparing HIRA and planning to do handling significant risk
2. Organize
- Managing account services through sales achievement
- Managing the sales team (Aftermarket, OES and OEM)
- Leading the development of the annual sales, marketing plan, competitive activity, strategy and sales effort, realistic costs of operating the sales force & sales campaign cost
- Increasing business opportuites through various routes to market
- Managing & analyzing objective, target & program/OTP, environment & quality objective
- Able to manage the important work environment
3. Implementing:
- Ultimately, increasing profits and retain loyal customers
- Executing the marketing activities as plan
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team
- Implying the sales & marketing budget properly
- Providing market up date
- Implementing ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 and 14001
- Applying system of Management occupational Health & Safety (K3) that is specified by the company
- Performing handling hazardous material (B3) or waste of hazardous (B3) & Nonhazardous (B3) related with working area
4. Monitoring
- Ensuring to meet the sales and sales performance of aftermarket, OES and OEM business, based on the target tracks.
- Monitoring sparplugs and plug caps sales update
- Maximizing business relationships
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of sales and marketing team
- Evaluating the sales performance of the existing distributor
- Creating and monitor sales forecast of each customers
- Analyzing the survey and market investigation result
- Monitoring and educating occupational HSE (k3) to employee's safety
- Monitoring & evaluating of subordinates
5. Development of Human Capital
- Providing feedback on the result of performance of subordinates
- Providing motivation and development to increase productivity
- Providing training and development program to increase competency of subordinates
Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree from reputable university
- Have a minimum of 10 years of working experiences in related field, especially as a Senior Manager who is specialized in Manufacturing or Automotive
- The candidate must be strong establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional and events
- Demonstrated strong relationships maintenance with distributor partner all area
- Demonstrated effectiveness of strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
- Have strong leadership behaviour
- Able to speak Mandarin
- fluent in English for both oral and written
