Responsibilities :
'• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Update and maintain office policies as necessary
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
• Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Requirements :
- Have experience around 3 years for this position, and basic education is Accounting.
- Can communicate in English active and fluently
- Understanding about all accounting , finance, tax, payroll and employee management
- Discipline and can work very professional
- Can working as a team
- Understanding about Accurate system
Desirable Character
• Strong leadership skill (will be handling 3 staff)
