Proposal Manager - Power Plant

<Resposibilities>

'• Preparation and review of tehcnical proposal especially for the documents  for QA/QC, HSE and Construction with Consortium partner;

• Preparation of Total Project schedule. 

• Monitor int the status of the proposal preparation  to avoid any delays  

• Project Planning and Cost estimation of equipment, manpower and materials requirement for project excecution.

• Recruitment and assessment of potential project key personnel and site personnel as required in corrabolation with Proposal Director;

• Requisition for Subcontractors, Vendors and Suppliers proposal and evaluation of thier capabilities and availabilities.

• Coordination with geothermal companies and Consultant 



<Requirements>

'- Project Engineer or Project Staff for EPC Thermal Power Plant Project more than 7years

- Familiar with handle Subcontractor, vendor and supplier

- Able to communicate and adapt with various environment

- Has experience with HV : capacity more than 5MV

- Able to speak english
