Risk Management Manager - Financial Services

Requirements

Risk Manager's activities include:
- Plan, design and implement the overall risk management process for NFSI
- Risk assessment, which involves risk analysis as well as identification, delineation and risk estimates that affect the business
- Risk evaluation, which involves the comparison of risk estimates with criteria established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluation of prior risk handling of the organization.
- Establish and measure the organization's 'risk appetite', ie the level of risk ready to be received;
- Risk reporting in a way that is appropriate for different audiences, for example to the board of directors so that they understand the most significant risks, for business heads to ensure they know the risks relevant to their business and individual sections to understand accountability for individual risks
- Corporate governance that involves reporting external risks to stakeholders
- Conduct processes such as buying insurance, implementing health and safety measures and creating business continuity plans to limit risks and prepare for errors
- Conduct audits and establish policies and compliance with standards, including links with internal and external auditors
- Provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization.


• Have min education of Bachelor degree
• Have experience in Risk & Control
• Have working experience min 3 years


- Have experienced in Global conmpany (overseas)


• Process management skills
• Regulatory and compliance
