Job Description
Responsibilities
• Handling all the EXIM process in the company
• Preparing all the import document and direct communicate with the Forwarder for the smooth delivery proocess
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Update about the new EXIM regulation in Indonesia
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as Logistic Staff in Logistic company or Trading company
• Good communication skill and active in English and Computer literate
• Understand about the EXIM Documentation and rule
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Good skill in Computer literate Specially for MS. Office

Desirable Character
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision and able to work under pressure
• Detail and has good attitude
• Have high willingness to learn and good team player
