Job Description
[Responsibilities]
- Promotional Strategy : Price Discount, Test Tire Programs, Managerial of staff
- Control Key Distribution Channels
- Deciding Target Segment of Distributor
- End user Focused Product Planning
- Checking Purchases and Selling Order sheet
- Analyse calculation quota
- Communicate with Directors regarding sales issues and objectives and prepare reports for Sales meeting
- Check and approve Sales Registration to make Invoice
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Negotiating tender and contract terms, closing sales by agreeing terms and condition
- Analyzing the price and sales performance
- Communicate with HQ regarding progress, issue, and sales report (send email)
[Requirements]
- Bachelor Degree with Engineering Major
- Have work experience as Sales Engineer at least 5 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills and team working ability
- Willingness to travel
- Analytical and problem solving skills and negotiation skills
- Computer literate is a must
