Job Description
• Exchange opinions, discuss, make dicision with Japanese president director in group companies.
• Manage existing HR Centers in Indonesia overseeing group companies in Indonesia.
• Develop a strategic approach to human resources the execution of these strategies related to Talent Management, Recruiting, Retention, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and other key HR topics.
• Provide leadership by providing advice, information, and support to stakeholders e.g. MDs and HR representatives.
• Organize and facilitate executive and HR meetings and conference.
• Arrangement of HR policies, standards, guidelines, and systems among group companies according to Global HR’s directions.
• Communicate with MDs and HR representatives on a regular basis to explain our activities and get their support.
• Payroll, BPJS, Personal Income Tax calculation
• Support all other projects as needed.
Requirements
・Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese and English.
・Ability to support with 10 group companies in terms of HR.
・Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university seeking a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
・Skills of strong leadership and management.
・Skills of excellent planning and organization.
・Skills of Strong consulting.
・Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.
・Able to travel to our group companies within APAC and Japan.
・Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
・10+ years of working experience in an HR capacity in a global company.
・Those who is proactive, self-starter, self-runner.
・Strong business partner and relationship building capabilities across a divers international group.
・Good attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
