Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Maintain company realization budget
2. Review AP and AR
3. Calculate monthly tax reporting (23, 26, 42 and VAT)
4. Receive invoices, making and checking payment
5. Maintain Fixed Assets
6. Check on financial statement report and make internal memorandum
7. Perform bank reconciliation
8. Support on external and internal audit
9. Responsible in petty cash, reimbursement and refund
10. Documents filing and other operational tasks
11. Report to Bank Indonesia regarding KPPK
12. Support on General Affairs and administration duties if necessary
Requirements
- Having minimum 2 years of experience in Finance Accounting fields
- Have a good understanding of basic accounting principle (journal, reconciliation, etc.)
- Excellent skill in MS Office (esp. MS Excel)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to work with team
- Detail oriented and high time management skill
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
