Job Description
・Handling daily administration and general affairs related matter such as coordination with company vendor
・Maintain good conditions of company assets and all facilities in office
・Maintain company stationary
・Control and manage all company agreements and contracts
・Doing self audit for company internal control for SOP (monthly, quarterly, semesterly and yearly)
・Handling IT venders for trouble shooting, maintaining and so on.
・Supporting with other members
・Other responsibilities if needed

・English Speaking and Reading Skill; Conversational Level [Communicate with expats and HQ / Conversational Level [Read document from HQ]
・English writing Skill; Business Level [Make document (Operation Manual / reporting document to HQ)]
