Job Description
Responsibilities
- Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order
- Oversee electronic payments and distribution of payroll checks
- Update data with salary or wage adjustments
- Process other financial compensations or deductions (e.g. annual bonuses, severance pay, taxes, worker’s compensation)
- Produce reports to upper management upon request
- Handle employee contract renewal, review
- Compliance review with disnaker
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
- At least 3 years experience in HR field
- Have an strong knowledge and experience in payroll and industrial relation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel
- Discipline, thorough, diligent, and fast learner
