Job Description

・Monitor all operations that affect quality
・Submit reports on performance and progress
・Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
・Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
・Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
・Ensure all legal standards are met
・inspect employees in factory around twice in a week
・Delivery products with clients
・Interpreter for Japanese who comes as business trip

Requirements

・Working experience in Japan for 3 years or above
・Good Communication in Japanese (written and oral)
・Able to use Computer literate with Internet and Microsoft office
・Knows common sense in factory
