Responsibilities
- Managing Finance, HR and Ga department
- Managing and check the company financial statement to ascertain the reports as according to regulation of company, rule of law and regulation.
- Managing and check the tax monthly report and annual tax return to ascertain the report as according to regulation of company, rule of law and regulation.
- Ascertain accomplishment of tax to minimize the tax risk.
- Handling Overseas Tax and others Tax
- Checked and analyze transaction entry in system to ensure that all finance transaction correct.
- Processing monthly closing to ascertain monthly report can be finished correctly.
- Control the budget expenditure of company cash for investment and expenditure to ascertain every administration of expense proposal complete.
- Handling HR process in the company
- Control GA activity
Requirement
1. Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
2. Having experience in handle Finance Accounting min 7 years.
3. Knowledgeable on HR & GA
4. Having deep knowledge in finance, accounting and taxation matters and its implementation.
5. Able to analyze and solve problem issues related to finance & accounting.
6. Able to make finance & accounting SOP
7. Exposure to dealing with external parties such as Banks, Auditors, Legal Advisers, Suppliers, etc.
8. Having experience to make back bone finance system.
9. High attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
