Job Description
Responsibilities
• Complete and/or check HR-related forms and documents so they are processed accurately and in timely manner.
• Assist senior HR to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities
• Employee personnel database entry and maintain attendance record on HRIS
• Maintain employee personnel records so that information is up-to-date and secure
• Assist HR Management / Senior HR to various aspects of the organization’s recruitment, training, organization development and employee relations program
• Assisting HR administrative works
• Material preparations for recruitment test
• Handle orientation scheduling
• Manage HR Reports
Requirements
1. Min 2 years experience in HR field
2. Good English skill
3. Advance level in Ms. Excel and Ms. Word
4. Bachelor from any background
5. Have knowledge about Labor Laws
6. Have teamwork and interpersonal skills
7. Experienced with SAP and HRIS is preferable
