Job Description
Requirements :

- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Proven branch management experience or similar role minimum 3 year experiences in related industry
- Have experience in building material industry
- English is a must
- Excellent in operating Ms. Office especially for presentation
- Willing to perform mobile work
- Willing to Work in Jakarta and Bandung
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven and customer focused
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Ability to learn and decide quickly
- Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities :

- Plan, organize, implement, control, review, and improve branch activities and performance.
- Formulate, recommend, and secure the implementation of branch policies and procedures in line with unit and group policies and procedures.
- Ensure branch decisions are properly evaluated and fair.
- Ensure branch performance is in line with company/unit target and objectives
- Coordination with head office’s management team.
- Review and supervise sales team.
- Operation meeting, reports review, physical visits, physical discussion and review.
- Frequent and open for communication with all sections/staffs.
- Fair and responsible decisions on internal/staff matters.
- Costumer service focus, suppliers as stakeholders attitude.
- Friendly and regular contact but professional relationship.
- Focus on providing solutions proactively to customers and suppliers.
- Maintain professional’s relationship with authorities etc.
- Assess market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Directing all operational aspects including distribution, human resources, administration and sales.
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
