・Handle all export import document
・Handle final SI, COO, BL
・Internal coordination by email and phone in English & Indonesian
・Administration task & duties
・Regular report to management
・Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree
・Conversational English Proficiency (office use, able to write Email)
・Min. 1 year of experience as Export Import Staff
・Good MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
・Able to use MS Excel in intermediate level (use functions, calculation, data creation)
・Good communication, hardworking and initiative
