- Responsible for Admin and GA
<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and manage employee needs analysis, related to employee recruitment professionally.
- Manage and control the activities of paying salaries, insurance and calculating overtime wages accurately and on time
- Control and manage employee administrative data records - Manage employee performance appraisal activities.
- Manage activities to fulfill the company's legal aspects
- Manage Visa issuance and extend expatriate visa
- Manage and arrange rental or extension of expatriate residence - Report legal document (BKPM, WLK, etc.)
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency (for reporting)
・Min. 2 years as HR Staff in Japanese/Foreign company
・Understanding about VISA and other expatriates' legal documents
・Willingness to help admin and finance related work
・Able to work independently and in team, good interpersonal skills, serious work attitude, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable, detail-oriented, precise, able to work hard with targets and deadlines
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak Japanese
