<Job Responsibilities>
- Build and execute social media following the guidance from Digital Marketing Manager
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages customers to take action
- Provide feedback within good manner to the customer's comment time to time within the social media.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Create editorial calendars and schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics and insights
- Collaborate with other product team and design team to manage the social media of each product, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in communication, marketing, business, new media or PR
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 2 years of experience as Digital Media Specialist or Digital Media Marketing function preferably from the same industry, with copywriting experience (please send your portfolio)
・Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
・Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
・Adequate knowledge of CRO (Conversation Rate Optimization) and SEO
・Knowledge of online marketing and could develop major social media channels ( Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp , etc. ) for the company media communication purposes
・Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
・Having a sense of Indonesia GT market and the way to communicate with them through media communication (online & offline)
