<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Supporting Warehouse Team in processing received order.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle and monitor the process of receiving and incoming order; spare parts request from distributor, customer, and sales team.
- Handle and monitor of spare parts order process to Factory / Vendors, release PO to Factory / Vendors.
- Administering parts inventory area and safety stock program.
- Administering documentation of spare parts, import and domestic, purchase order and confirmation order.
- Monitor and report spare parts delivery, from Order taking, pre-shipment until delivery to warehouse / distributor.
- Monitor and tracking of order, shipment and communicate with logistic section relating to import clearance
- Direct involvement in monitoring and annual inventory audit.
- Administering of Factory / Vendors / Distributors invoice (if any).
- Some of administration job will be done through systems.
- Cooperating with other departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum Diploma's degree from any industry
・2 years of experience in warehousing / inventory handling import, shipment, order from any industry.
・Conversational English proficiency.
・MS Office literate.
・Certificated SIO Forklift
・Willing to travel to Jakarta / Cikarang / Karawang / Distributor Area.
