<Position Objective/Expectation >
- HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
<Job Responsibilities>
• Implement policies and procedures that have been determined Human Resources
• Perform career planning performance evaluation & assessment
• Monitoring all HR team subordinate
• Review monthly and annual budget plans
• Ensure all employees understand & comply with the HR and company policies or procedures
• Review company & all dept policies, procedures and regulation
• Develop Company Organization Structure
• Conduct a job analysis process of each position in the structure
• Labor Regulation (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as Human Resource Manager with total experienced in HR area min 10 years
• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Preferably Psychology Degree or Human Resource Management)
• Understand KPI Assessment
• Knowledge in all Labor Regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, etc)
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Understand HR Management and Industrial Relation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all level
• Fluent English
• Wiling to work in Cengkareng
