<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support Finance, Accounting, Tax, HRGA, Branding Operations
<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee all of the finance, accounting and tax operations
- Coordinate with other branch offices abroad
- Manage all of the members from each division
- Coordinate and communicate with OJK for reporting
- Create financial report, and update for management
- Plan, create and develop SOP for better business operations
- Manage employees' well being by managing the HRGA operations
- Develop company branding by managing the branding team
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Financial Business or related
・Business English proficiency
・Currently in GM or VP Position in the financial industry as Finance Accounting tax function, with previous experience in the multi finance company
・Experienced in reporting to OJK
・Willingness and familiarity with HRGA scope
・Smart, good communication, good leadership skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Bachelor's or Master's Degree abroad
・Currently working in fintech company
