BD Analyst & Legal Compliance

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Provide accurate solutions to increase customers’ investment / business expanding opportunity and legal support and assistance to the company across a broad range of discipline.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct meeting or discussion with local associates, companies to build network and
gain information
- Arrange meeting schedule with customers or employees
- Visit customer for making relationship
- Deliver the research finding to internal and external parties through publication and
presentation
- Conduct research on industries
- Keep updated with Indonesia’s current situation (economic, industry trends,
regulation and law, politics, etc.)
- Provide solutions and ideas for customers’ investment / business expanding opportunity
- Collect data through survey, interview, desk research, FGD, etc.
- Create meeting memo
- Listen any complaints from customers and able to give feedback in a quick manner
- Review various agreements from both domestic and international
- Create agreement’s internal memo
- Conduct compliance training for employees and ensure every employees has clear
understanding
- Keep update with Indonesia’s law and regulations
- Cooperative with other Group companies by giving the legal advices and
consultations
- Provide information regarding law & regulation within the company and to customers
- Support for General Meeting
- Control all company’s legal documents (IUT, Akta, TDP, PPM, etc)
- Under supervision of President Director, consults with external attorney as needed to
resolve difficult legal compliance issues
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree
・Business English proficiency, proficiency in Japanese an advantage
・Min. 1 year of experience as Legal in Consulting or Law Firm
・Good communication skill, smart, detail oriented, critical thinking.
