<Job Responsibilities>
◆ Discuss with customer and support customer service to solve the problems
◆ Discussion with Japanese and support Japanese for the daily job.
◆ Monitoring all operation and administration transaction .
◆ Enough knowledge for HS CODE and Custom restriction
◆ Monitoring Custom process until delivery and invoicing for special customer .
◆ Solve all problem about import and export shipment
◆ Checking all operational expenses and revenue monthly .
◆ Taking communication with vendors upper class PIC , obtaining quotation from vendors.
◆ Marketing/Sales to existing customer and make good relation with the client .
◆Other relayed tasks as assigned.

◆ Management experience in Forwarding Company
◆ Well know about warehouse business and forwarding business .
◆ Good English speaker and Good presentation skill

◆ Having experience of handling Sales & Forwarding & Back office management
