<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage & Responsible with the operation of Accounting Department.
- Give best support for the company to achieve goals.
- Review SOP & guidelines. Ensure that the operation is still inline with the SOP.
- Handle the project of development Accounting and Tax System.
- Review & find the new method in order to improve the operation.
- Review the Financial Statement : Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Cash Flow, etc.
- Responsible for analysis of Financial Statement.
- Presentation the result of Profit & Loss Statement in the monthly meeting which is attended by the managements.
- Review supporting data for financial statement, such as : Trial Balance, General Ledger, Sub ledger for Account Payable and Account Receivable.
- Preparing Consolidation Report to be reported to Holding Company at Japan.
- Review report to Bank Indonesia, OJK, Ministry of Trade, BPS & Others Institutions.
- Coordination & discussion with external auditor.
- Monitor the company taxation : PPH 21, 23, 4(2), 25,26 &corporate tax.
- Maintaining relationship & coordination with tax consultant to get the update information of taxation regulation.
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university
- Have a minimum of 3 years working experiences as an Accounting Manager in Financial industry (banking/leasing), preferably from multi finance company
- Stable career (min. stayed in one company for 3 years)
- Has Brevet certificates A & B
- Excellent skills in SOP and OJK reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skill in English (Business Level)
- Good leadership, problem solving, and decision making
- Experienced in Japanese company is preferred
- Own SIM A
