<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support all purchasing operations for the stores
<Job Responsibilities>
- Make sure of raw material's availability as required (quality wise, price wise, time wise)
- Monitor and classify the material inquiries
- Negotiate for prices and aim for cost reduction
- Update the SOP related to SCM for more efficient operations
- Manage and operate central warehouse and inventory (make sure of supplies to be sent to business units)
- Supplier management (relation management, source & develop suppliers)
- Problem solve any problems from suppliers and unit
- Market survey/research for analysis of material price change
- Create master product list
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Purchasing in restaurant industry
・Able to use ERP system and MS Office
・Experienced in doing supplier sourcing and cost reduction
・Smart, hard working, good communication, creative, able to work independently
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak Japanese
