<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist in the preparation of all non-confidential payments related to HR
- Maintaining, and monitoring employees' attendance (sick, permission, leave)
- Prepare the recruitment process starting from paper tests, interviews and employee placements to
ensure the recruitment process runs effectively and efficiently
- Update company policy regarding covid-19, maintaining and monitoring employees'
COVID-19 test and vaccine
- Providing administration support including but not limited to arranging meetings, filing, business
trips and medical reimbursement requests
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Fresh Graduates are welcome
・Min. Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency (efficient for communicating with expatriates both written and verbally)
・Max. 1 year of experience as HR Admin
・Honest, hard working, diligent, meticulous, good communication skills, good work ethics
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
