- Lead Tax team and give strategic instruction
- Perform Tax improvement
- Manage all administrative process of tax
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax or Fiscal Administration
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Tax function with 3 years in assistant managerial level from automotive industry
・Min. stay in 1 company for 3 years (not a job hopper)
・Experienced in dealing with auditor, do tax administration, leading tax team, improving strategy for tax team
・Understand well about the updated tax regulation
・Able to use SAP
・Good leadership, good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, dynamic, flexible, smart
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience as tax consultant
・Working experience from Japanese company
