<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support Sales & Marketing department to process import products for Customers
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle and issue Trade Purchase Order (Local and Import), issue PO and arrange all documents
- Check and control stock inventory (check inventory activities, long-term stock aging, reconcile ACCPAC data and physical data , stock opname, FIFO)
- Handle and arrange Ministry of Trade documents and reports, check requirements documents for export-import, consult with the related officer, etc.
- Liaise with warehouse and transportation vendor : monitor stock inventory current position and availabity, storage and space availability and monitor transport to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of warehouse & transportation performance
- Liaise with Government and other related parties on exportimport and logistics process such as BPOM, PTSP, Ministry of
- Trade , Customs, Trading Company and etc.
- Research and track the updated government regulation for the new business expansion
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- University degree equivalent to Bachelor degree (S1)
- Have ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Great negotiation and analytical skills
- Good leadership and team work abilities
- Knowledge in Export /Import Procedure/Regulation
- Familiar with Warehouse Management
- Familiar with Domestic Delivery (especially Jabodetabek)
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, ERP)
- Be physically and mentally healthy
